If you disagree, do not use the app. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS You accept these terms by using this app. We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use means you accept the changes. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. LICENSE GRANT We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, revocable license to use this app for your own disputes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use this app for commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying code. WHAT YOU OWN; WHAT YOU DON'T You own the disputes you submit. You do not own the AI verdicts, the verdict history, the judge personalities, or the consequence ledger. These remain our property. Credits and subscriptions are licenses to use features, not purchases of assets. Unused credits expire upon account deletion. ACCEPTABLE USE You agree: - Disputes must be genuine (between you and another person) - All submitted content must be truthful and non-harassing - You will not impersonate anyone or submit disputes involving minors - You will not use the app to harass, threaten, or defame anyone - You will not submit illegal content or content that violates third-party rights - You will not attempt to automate submissions or circumvent payment systems PROHIBITED USES You may not submit disputes involving abuse, violence, illegal activity, or that target protected groups. We reserve the right to remove content and disable accounts that violate these rules. AI VERDICTS ARE FINAL The AI judge's verdict is binding entertainment. You agree that verdicts are not legal advice, are not enforceable in court, and exist solely for fun. By submitting a dispute, you accept the verdict as final. No appeals except through the paid appeal features. The AI makes mistakes. We are not liable for verdict accuracy or consequences that result from following a verdict. BILLING & CREDITS Charges are processed immediately. Credit packs do not expire unless your account is deleted. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly on your billing date. Cancel anytime through your device's app store settings. Refunds follow your app store's policy, not ours. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES This app is provided "as-is." We make no guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The AI may malfunction or produce offensive content. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY We are not liable for any damages, lost data, or consequences from using this app or following verdicts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days. PRIVACY & DATA By using this app, you consent to us collecting disputes, verdicts, and account data. Disputes are stored encrypted. We do not sell data. We may delete all data upon account termination.
