Terms of Service Last updated: April 5, 2026 1. What Motivational Quotes Does Motivational Quotes is an iOS app and home screen widget that displays motivational and inspirational quotes. You can browse quotes by category, save favorites for quick access, customize the widget appearance, and set your home screen to refresh with new quotes throughout the day. The full quote database is bundled with the app — no internet connection is required to read quotes. 2. Permitted Uses You may use Motivational Quotes to: • Browse and read motivational quotes by category • Save favorite quotes and revisit them in your Favorites collection • Customize and display the widget on your iOS home screen or lock screen • Share quotes with others via iOS share sheet • Purchase premium quote packs or customization options via in-app purchase 3. Prohibited Uses You may not: • Reproduce, redistribute, or sell the bundled quote database as a standalone product • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the app or widget • Automate or scrape quote content from the app by programmatic means • Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices in the app • Use the app for any unlawful purpose 4. In-App Purchases Motivational Quotes offers optional one-time in-app purchases for: • Premium quote packs (additional categories and authors) • Widget customization options (themes, fonts, layouts) All purchases are processed by Apple and are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. To restore previous purchases on a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" option in Settings. 5. Quote Attribution Quotes in the app are sourced from public domain and widely attributed sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate attribution. If you believe a quote is misattributed, email legal@loudunicorn.com. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LOUD UNICORN LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. QUOTES ARE FOR INSPIRATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND. 7. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOUD UNICORN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. 8.
