We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers. Your notes, drawings, and customizations remain exclusively on your device. We have no access to your data, no cloud servers storing your content, and no analytics tracking your usage. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT Your Notes and Drawings Every text block, handwritten note, sketch, and drawing you create in StickySnap Notes is stored locally on your device's storage. This data is yours alone and is never transmitted to our servers, third-party services, or cloud platforms. We cannot access, view, or retrieve your notes under any circumstances. Apple Pencil Pressure Data When you draw using Apple Pencil, the app receives pressure sensitivity information from iOS to render pressure-responsive strokes. This data is processed in real-time on your device and used only for the current drawing session. Pressure data is not stored separately, not transmitted, and not tracked. App Settings and Preferences Your custom color themes, canvas settings, tool preferences, and other customizations are stored locally on your device. These settings never leave your device. Subscription Status If you use Premium Mode, your subscription status is managed through Apple's App Store framework (StoreKit). Apple maintains encryption of subscription data. We do not receive or store your subscription details, payment information, or any identifiers associated with your purchase. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT We explicitly do not collect, request, or track: - Your name, email address, phone number, or contact information (unless you voluntarily email us) - Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or unique device data - Location information - Usage analytics, feature interaction data, or session duration - Information about your notes' content, organization, or metadata - Crash reports, error logs, or diagnostic data - Keystroke data or input monitoring THIRD-PARTY SERVICES StickySnap Notes uses only Apple's native iOS frameworks for all functionality: UIKit and SwiftUI for the user interface, CoreGraphics and Metal for rendering, and StoreKit for in-app purchase processing. We do not integrate external analytics tools, advertising networks, or third-party data collection services. Apple's StoreKit handles payment and subscription data in accordance with Apple's privacy practices. PREMIUM MODE AND PAYMENTS Premium Mode unlocks additional themes and removes ads. Purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. Your payment information and credit card details are encrypted and managed entirely by Apple—we never see or store this information. To manage your subscription, visit your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR DATA Because all data is stored on your device, you have complete control. You can delete any note, canvas, or theme at any time within the app. Uninstalling StickySnap Notes permanently removes all associated data from your device.
