Terms of Service Last updated: April 5, 2026 1. About Threengs Threengs is a daily couple check-in app that delivers three questions each day to help partners understand each other better. Both partners install the app on their own devices and pair using a shared code. After pairing, each partner answers the same three daily questions independently, then both answers are revealed simultaneously. The app tracks streaks, relationship history, and (for Premium users) provides weekly insights and custom themes. 2. Who Can Use Threengs Threengs is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 17 years old. The app is designed for two consenting adults in a relationship. You may not use Threengs to monitor, track, or connect with someone without their full knowledge and consent. 3. Permitted Uses - Connect with your partner via mutual pairing using a shared invite code - Answer daily relationship questions and view your partner's responses after both have answered - Track your streak, answer history, and relationship milestones - Customize notification reminders for your daily questions - Access Premium features including additional question categories, custom themes, and weekly relationship insights 4. Prohibited Uses - Pairing with someone without their explicit knowledge and consent - Using the app to surveil, monitor, or harass another person - Creating fake or duplicate partner accounts - Attempting to access, modify, or intercept your partner's answers before the mutual reveal - Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app 5. Partner Pairing and Consent Both parties must actively create an account and enter the shared pairing code for a connection to be established. You represent that your partner has consented to pairing. Loud Unicorn LLC is not responsible for misuse of the pairing feature. 6. In-App Purchases Threengs offers optional Premium subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit 2). Monthly subscription: $4.99/month Annual subscription: $29.99/year Product IDs: com.loudunicorn.threengs.premium.monthly and com.loudunicorn.threengs.premium.annual Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are issued for unused portions of active subscription periods except as required by law. Restore Purchases is available to reactivate a subscription on a new device. 7. Relationship Data Disclaimer Threengs is an entertainment and connection app, not a relationship therapy service. Daily questions are designed to spark conversation and connection. The app is not a substitute for professional couples counseling or therapy. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties Threengs is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted service, that daily questions will be delivered at any specific time, or that CloudKit partner sync will always function without delay. Network connectivity and iCloud availability affect sync performance. 9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Loud Unicorn LLC's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Threengs shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or any indirect or consequential damages. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. 11. Changes We may update these Terms. We will notify you via an in-app notice.
